Our Story
Built on a higher standard
Trinity Plumbing & Drains was founded in 2020 with a simple idea: that plumbing done carefully, honestly, and to a genuinely high standard is worth building a company around. We’re a close-knit team of seven, and that’s by design — it keeps the quality of every job in the hands of people who care about the outcome.
We serve homeowners throughout the greater Capital Region from our shop in Averill Park, covering roughly a 50-mile radius that includes Albany, Troy, Schenectady, Colonie, Clifton Park, and the many towns in between. From emergency repairs to tankless water heaters, boilers, and drain work, the standard is the same on every call.

Dave Dingley
Dave Dingley founded Trinity Plumbing & Drains in 2020, after two decades in the trades. His path started in electrical work — wiring boiler controls — before a shift into plumbing in 2002, and from there it took off. It didn’t take long for him to realize he’d found his calling; plumbing came almost like second nature.
Before starting the company, Dave served as General Manager of a plumbing company, where he saw firsthand both what worked in the industry and what didn’t. That experience shaped a clear vision: build a company structured differently from the rest — one founded on a simple philosophy that every job is a work of art, and the goal is always to do it better than the rest.
Dave considers the trades one of the most challenging and adventurous industries a person can work in.
I firmly believe the plumber protects the health of the nation.
Today, Trinity Plumbing & Drains is a team of seven built on that same standard. Outside of work, Dave is a fly fisherman, a fine-art oil painter, and a published author of four books — a reminder that craftsmanship, in whatever form, has always been part of who he is.
