The only Weil-McLain startup and service provider in upstate New York

Weil-McLain has certified Trinity Plumbing & Drains as its exclusive factory-certified startup and service provider in upstate New York. A new Weil-McLain commercial boiler in the territory is started up and commissioned by our technicians, to the factory's procedure.

We start up and service every Weil-McLain model, and we handle warranty work. Getting the startup right means the boiler runs at the efficiency it was bought for, and the owner has a documented baseline for every service visit after it.

What's included

  • Factory startup. Pre-startup inspection of piping, venting, gas supply and condensate. First firing, gas pressure and combustion setup with an analyzer, and a test of every safety and limit control. You get a written startup report.
  • Commissioning. Controls setup, multiple-boiler sequencing, and outdoor reset and setpoints matched to the building. We coordinate with your controls contractor where a building management system is involved, and walk the building staff through the plant at handover.
  • Ongoing service. Planned maintenance, combustion testing, troubleshooting and repair, plus Weil-McLain warranty work.
